  • Salary: £25000 - £70000 per annum

  • Contract type: Permanent

A Fulham Based Investment Consultancy looking for a skilled sales negotiator to sell off plan developments across the country for buy to let investors. This is a great opportunity for a fast paced and organised sales person to earn high commission and build experience in Investment consultancy. They will be working closely with some of the UK’s largest developers. You will have access to a large sales base and be sole agent on many of the developments.

Main responsibilities:

  • Sell Investment properties across the UK.
  • Hitting targets set both monthly and annually.
  • Develop and retain a strong client base and account manage current clients.
  • Finding and attending networking events to promote the company.
  • Meeting clients to explain the business model and advise on investments.
  • Closing deals.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a highly pressured environment.
  • Good knowledge of the Property Market.
  • Experience in a Telesales position or Property Sales.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Motivated and driven to achieve targets.
  • Proven track record of providing high levels of customer service.
  • Excellent computer literacy, inclusive of Microsoft Excel.
