Investment Consultant – Fulham

Overview

  • Salary: Up to £25000 per annum + OTE - £120,000

A fast-growing Investment Consultancy based in Fulham are looking for a motivated Sales Negotiator to sell off plan developments across the country to buy to let investors. This is an opportunity to join a small company at the beginning of a phase of growth that should end up tripling the sales team over 18 months, making this perfect if you are looking for career progression.

You will work closely with some of the UK’s largest developers whilst having access to a substantial sales base and being sole agent on many of the developments. This role is ideal for someone with prior New Homes or Investment experience who prides themselves on their ability to work in a fast paced and organised manner.

Main responsibilities:

  • Sell Investment properties across the UK.
  • Hitting targets set both monthly and annually.
  • Develop and retain a strong client base and account manage current clients.
  • Finding and attending networking events to promote the company.
  • Meeting clients to explain the business model and advise on investments.
  • Closing deals.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a highly pressured environment.
  • Good knowledge of the Property Market.
  • Experience in a Telesales position or Property Sales.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Motivated and driven to achieve targets.
  • Proven track record of providing high levels of customer service.
  • Excellent computer literacy, inclusive of Microsoft Excel.
