A fast-growing Investment Consultancy based in Fulham are looking for a motivated Sales Negotiator to sell off plan developments across the country to buy to let investors. This is an opportunity to join a small company at the beginning of a phase of growth that should end up tripling the sales team over 18 months, making this perfect if you are looking for career progression.
You will work closely with some of the UK’s largest developers whilst having access to a substantial sales base and being sole agent on many of the developments. This role is ideal for someone with prior New Homes or Investment experience who prides themselves on their ability to work in a fast paced and organised manner.
