My client, a major house builder, based out of Chelmsford, have an unparalleled reputation for being at the forefront of the market. My client’s sites vary in size ranging from 75 units to 1500 units+. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual wanting to expand the landbank of a growing and thriving house builder.
The role will be entirely focused on strategically acquiring new land and promoting existing land to ensure the aims and objectives of my client are met. The suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Development Director, which will provide the opportunity to work alongside a very experienced land team, bolstering their knowledge and offering great career progression.
