One of our clients is actively searching for a Land Director to join an already flourishing team in South East London. The company have gone from strength to strength and this position has been made to facilitate that growth. Our client is a Land Trader who will acquire sites and add value to them through planning gain before disposing of the opportunity to Developers, House Builders or anyone with the ability to build out the schemes.
The company typically acquire sites ranging from £2m – £5m, accommodating 20 – 50-unit sites but due to their successes are now beginning to look at larger sites and have the capacity to purchase sites twice the size. As Land Director, you will be looking after a team of 5 and will be responsible for managing the due diligence and negotiation process of the sites.
