Client side building surveyor / Client Side Latent Defects Surveyor.
If you are a building surveyor who enjoys defect diagnosis and wants to work client side, (that’s most!) this could be a great opportunity for you!
Our client are in need of a latent defects surveyor who is very likely to be a building surveyor by profession. You’ll be looking after several mainly residential schemes with known latent defects, and help identify what the causes may be and what you think the remedy may be. You’ll carry out option appraisals and project manage the diagnosed works moving forward, which could vary greatly in project size.
You’ll manage all external contractors and consultants.
Ideally you should have residential experience and be MRICS, MCIOB qualified or/and hold an RICS or equivalent accredited degree, although not essential.
12 month FTC very likely to turn permanent.
