I am currently working with a well established Property Management company within the Build to Rent space for a Lettings Administrator. Your role will be pivotal in the successful operation of a residential building based in South West London. The right candidate will possess lettings administration experience, as well as exceptional customer service and an enthusiastic and engaging personality.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting viewings to prospective tenants
  • Responding to lettings enquiries
  • Understanding the local rental market
  • Implementing and supporting marketing campaigns
  • Responding to telephone and email enquiries efficiently
  • Updating weekly social media lettings platforms
  • Assisting with deposit protection schemes
  • Processing resident applications including background and credit checks
  • Assisting with move in/move out of customers
  • Preparing check in/check out reports
  • Assisting with the collection of rents
  • Utilising property management software for recording of transactions
  • Achieving lettings targets
  • Assist in scheduled flat inspections
  • Day to day assistance of maintenance
  • Comply with H&S standards

Experience:

  • 2 years’ experience in property lettings (ideally hotel or student accommodation)
  • Experience in the PRS sector desirable
  • Strong sales skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Effective communication both written and orally
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Strong administration and organisation skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work weekends and public holidays

Salary: £20,000 – £23,000
