Mandarin Speaking Customer Relations Manager -City & East

Our client is one of the most prestigious developers with a large portfolio of developments across London. They are actively seeking a mandarin speaking Customer Relations Manager to help take the properties from exchange of contracts right the way through to completion and key handover. This is a fantastic opportunity for a mandarin speaker to work for a luxury property developer.

Responsibilities

  • Be primary contact for all Chinese purchases
  • Meet customers on-site at their request to inspect properties prior to handover
  • Ensure all activities are in accordance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage customer expectations in respect of product specifications, warranties and the completion process
  • Implement all customer requests promptly and efficiently, both in a proactive and reactive manner
  • Deliver timely, reliable information and updates when required
  • Manage and advise in the selection of extra products and liaise with relevant parties for implementation of
  • Keep updated, accurate records of all communication

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Mandarin customer service experience
  • Our client cannot, unfortunately, sponsor for a visa so you must ensure you have a fully eligible working visa. (Please do not apply unless you have this)
  • Idea of the Residential, new-build market
  • Comprehensive understanding of the off-plan sales, completions and warranty process
  • Knowledge of new homes contract progression structure
  • Effective influencer
  • IT literate
  • Able to work on their own

Our client is offering a salary of up to £35,000
