Mandarin Speaking Sales Consultant

We are currently working with one of the largest developers in the UK who have a very exciting opportunity for a mandarin speaking sales consultant to join there actively growing China Desk. This role is brilliant as you not only get the chance to sell one scheme but multiple schemes across the whole portfolio.

The role requires someone who has previously worked in property and understands the property market including dealing with Chinese investors/buyers. You will be working closely with introducers and if you have your own black list of clients that would be an added benefit.

The Role:

  • Liaising with all Chinese buyers and investors.
  • Maintaining strong client relationships
  • Working closely with the team and sales manager to hit targets
  • Researching the market to provide clients with insights on the local area
  • Communicating with site managers and development team
  • Working in a target driven environment to ensure sales targets are achieved and over exceeded where possible

The suitable candidate:

  • Must speak fluent Mandarin.
  • Previous New Homes sales experience
  • Strong organisation skills/ability to multitask
  • Interest in the new homes industry and progression
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Desire to learn

This role is Monday to Friday and offering a competitive salary.
