Our client is one of London’s largest residential developers with a reputation that is second to none. They are seeking a Sales Negotiator to be based on one of their luxury developments which plays a part in the large regeneration plans of West London.

They are looking for a consultant to be based on-site within a Sales and Marketing suite on a development that is based in the heart of West London consisting of apartments and houses that incorporate modern living within acres of landscaping.

The role requires a strong sales consultant with on-site New Homes experience and knowledge of the local area, who can come in and hit the ground running. This is a great position for someone who is looking for their next career move within the New Homes sector as there is great opportunity for high earning potential and career progression.

The role:

  • Secure and sell off-plan sales
  • Provide efficient customer service to all customers at all time
  • Assisting customers around the show home, taking enquires and encouraging sales
  • Working within a team to make sure targets are met and exceeded
  • Maintain the presentation of the sales areas to the highest standards
  • Generate potential leads
  • Assist with the progression of secured reservations
  • Weekend work is required

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong Sales background, ideally within New Homes
  • Be used to working to sales targets
  • Be driven, hardworking and keen to work for a luxury developer
  • Be extremely presentable, articulate and reliable
  • Have good It skills inclusive of excel

£27,000 – £29,000 with an OTE of £45,000 – £50,000
