Our client is a global consultancy and they are looking for a New Homes Sales Consultant to join one of London’s largest developments. You will be working on site for one of the most high profile and up and coming developments, where you will be responsible for selling multiple units from the Sales and Marketing Suite. You will have access to show homes and miniature models that show cases the contemporary architecture and amazing future plans for the development. The scheme attracts many ultra-high net worth individuals and therefore this role would suit someone who is used to dealing with this type of clientele.

Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join them, who preferably has experience in the London Property Market.

The role:

  • Sell off-plan new homes and apartments from the sales and marketing suite
  • Manage and negotiate the sales process through to exchange
  • Proven track record of property sales, preferably within new homes
  • Maintain the marketing suite presentation to the highest standard
  • Ensuring you have excellent knowledge of the Development and surrounding area
  • Working closely with the rest of the team to ensure sales targets are achieved

Further Requirements:

  • Be articulate, well-spoken and personable
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
  • Represent the developer’s brand to the highest of standards
  • Excellent presentation and networking skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Good computer literacy, inclusive of Microsoft Excel
  • Weekend work is required but will be on a rota basis

Salary £25,000 – £28,000 basic – OTE £45000
