We are currently working with one of the country’s top house builders, who are looking for a Sales Negotiator to be based on-site on their large regeneration schemes. The site is selling extremely well, and with a further phase released they are looking for someone who knows the area, and has extensive New Homes experience to join the team. The development comprises of apartments and houses, with large communal facilities which is set to create an outstanding lifestyle for all residents.

The Role

  • Selling off plan units using show apartments and scale models
  • Showing customer around the marketing suite and taking them around the site
  • Working closely with the rest of the team to ensure sales targets are hit and exceeded
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and offering excellent customer service at all times
  • Researching the market to ensuring you have excellent knowledge on the surrounding area
  • Assisting with events and driving sales
  • Making regular contact with all customers that have registered their interest in the development
  • To make recommendations to the sales manager regarding sales strategy

The ideal candidate will:

  • New Homes Experience
  • Live and Know the area of North London
  • Be driven, hardworking and keen to get stuck in
  • Have a strong sales background
  • Be extremely presentable and articulate
  • Have excellent admin, and IT Skills

£28,000 basic OTE £45,000
