Our client is one of London’s largest developers who are working on an exciting scheme in North West London. This is a unique development that compromises of a range from studio apartments to 4 bedroom homes that highlights contemporary architecture whilst incorporating the landscape gardens surrounding.

They are looking for a strong Sales Consultant to be based on-site, within a sales and marketing suite. The ideal candidate will be determined and hungry with a strong knowledge of the New Homes industry. The role requires an extensive customer service background and excellent administrative skills, and is a fantastic opportunity for progression within.

The role:

  • Selling off plan within a marketing suite
  • Working within a team to make sure targets are met
  • Maintain relationships with customers throughout the process up to exchange
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Conducting and booking viewings around the showrooms
  • Follow up potential leads

The ideal candidate:

  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • Have a proven track record of property sales, preferably within New Homes
  • Proven track record of providing high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Highly presentable when dealing with face-to-face purchases
  • Strong, hungry personality
  • Eager for career progression

2 Weekends per month

£24,000 – £28,000 Basic £50,000 OTE
