This is an amazing opportunity for the right candidate to not only work for London’s largest developer, but also get the opportunity to work on the latest new luxury development right from launch.

This is a perfect role for someone with New Homes experience who wants to be a part of a huge development right from the start and use your knowledge of the industry to play an impact on a scheme that already has immense interest ahead of the launch. For the right candidate this role offers a high earning potential due to the scale of the scheme and the huge interest that it has already had. The company themselves offer great career progression within.

The role:

  • Off-plan sales within a Sales and Marketing suite
  • Conducting and booking viewings around the showroom
  • Taking enquiries and following up potential leads
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clientele throughout the process up to exchange
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Working within a team to ensure targets are met and exceeded
  • £26,000 – £28,000 Basic OTE £45,000 – £50,000
  • Contracted to one weekend off a month

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years property sales experience within New Homes
  • Highly presentable when dealing with face-face customers
  • Have good computer skills
  • Eager for career progression
  • Extensive knowledge of the New Homes industry
