Our client is a leading agency with a large presence across the UK. Since successfully launching the new homes team in the North, they are currently in need of a New Homes Sales Manager to head up the Yorkshire division, manage 6 sites across the county and hit the ground running. You will need to have relevant new homes management experience inclusive of working within a corporate environment for either an agency or a large developer. This New Homes Manager will have complete autonomy to create a legacy for the Yorkshire division. Working with a range of small and large developers alike, building relationships and driving sales to deliver excellence.
The client is looking for someone who is driven, intelligent, a self-starter and with a wealth of property knowledge.
