I am working on behalf of a very well-known influential developer who is seeking a New Homes Sales Advisor to be based on site in a high end, bestselling development in Central London.

Our client is renowned for their impeccable product and reputation within the Residential Development Industry, and they are seeking a Sales Negotiator to be based on one of their luxury developments in Central London, with property prices soaring to over 3 million.

With high earning potential, this is a perfect opportunity for an individual looking to work in a vibrant location as well as progress in the thriving New Homes Industry. The ideal candidate will have experience with New Homes sales, have outstanding Customer Service and proven track record with HNWI’s.

The role:

  • Off- plan sales
  • Building strong client relationships
  • Conducting and booking viewings
  • Taking enquiries and following up with leads within the marketing suite
  • Working closely within a team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Researching the market to provide clients and insights in the local area

The suitable candidate:

  • New Homes Sales experience or selling to Investors
  • Excellent negotiating and Influencing Skills
  • Highly presentable when dealing with face-to-face purchases
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Highly presentable
  • Ability to meet targets
  • Desire to learn and progress

£25,000 – £28,000 Basic with an OTE of £45,000
