We are currently working on behalf of one of London’s leading developers, to find an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to join their residential development team. You will be based in their head office in North London, with access to sell across their whole portfolio of outstanding luxury developments in London’s most desired postcodes. This is an amazing opportunity for the right candidate to come on board an expanding company where there is genuine career progression and opportunities to have heavy involvement overseas. With all this naturally come huge earning potential.
For this role, you will need to have at least 3 years Property Sales experience preferably within the New Homes sector and a proven track record of exceeding targets. This is the right role for someone who is highly motivated, driven and ambitious and ready to hit the ground running working for an outstanding developer.
