One of London’s leading and most prestigious developers are looking for a New Homes Sales Consultant to be based on one of their most luxurious, bestselling developments in the heart of London.

This is an amazing opportunity to work for a developer that are still hitting the Central London market by storm and on a scheme that not only incorporates iconic history, but breath taking scenic views. You will be based on-site, in a high end Sales and Marketing suite designed and built to the highest of quality with units pricing over two million. This is a fantastic opportunity for progression within a company that’s reputation exceeds itself.

The right candidate will have a wealth of experience within the New Homes industry, and have an extensive knowledge of the current economic market and a proven record of accomplishment with HNWI’s.

The role:

  • Off-plan sales within a Sales and Marketing suite
  • Conducting and booking viewings around the showroom
  • Taking enquiries and following up potential leads
  • Maintain excellent relationships with HNWI’s throughout the process up to exchange
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Working within a team to ensure targets are met and exceeded

Basic salary of £26,000 – £29,000 with an OTE of £45,000 – £50,000
