Key property developer in London’s luxury new homes sector is currently seeking a proficient New Homes Sales Negotiator to look after a newly launched site in Central London. Our client is a veteran in the industry and has launched a successful collection of residential developments across the capital.
You will be exceptionally gifted at sales, having worked within a marketing suite and be not just comfortable but adept at selling off-plan. Whilst strong sales acumen is essential, so is the ability to be relatable, welcoming and most importantly tenacious. Those who are multi-lingual (specifically in Mandarin or Cantonese) are especially sought after.
2+ years’ of New Homes sales experience is essential: applicants without this will be automatically rejected.
This is an on-going temporary role which is open to part-time and full-time applicants.
