Our client is one of London’s largest residential developers with a reputation that is second to none. They are seeking a Sales Negotiator to be based on one of their luxury developments, which plays a part in the large regeneration plans of West London.
They are looking for a consultant to be based on-site within a Sales and Marketing suite on a development that is based in the heart of West London consisting of apartments and houses that incorporate modern living within acres of landscaping.
The role requires a strong sales consultant with on-site New Homes experience and knowledge of the local area, who can come in and hit the ground running. This is a great position for someone who is looking for their next career move within the New Homes sector as there is great opportunity for high earning potential and career progression.
The ideal candidate will have:
£26,000 – £28,000 with an OTE of £45,000 – £50,000
