Fancy a change of scenery? Already in the New Homes Sales industry or have an Estate Agent background? I have a number of opportunities with renowned house builders and developers all over the country looking for Sales Consultants to join the teams as soon as possible.

This is the ideal position for a sales driven individual with the relevant residential property experience both inside and outside of London.

Only those with New Homes Sales experience will be considered.

The role:

  • Sell off plan luxury new homes within a sales & marketing suite
  • Manage and negotiate the sales process through to completion
  • Maintain the marketing suite presentation to the highest standard
  • When required, conduct market research in order to maintain current new homes industry knowledge

Further requirements:

  • Be articulate, well-spoken and personable
  • Switched on, sales savvy and driven
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
  • Team effort is intrinsic to the success of the scheme
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Represent the company brand to the highest of standards

Salary:

  • Up to £28,000 (dependent on experience)
  • £45,000+ OTE (dependent on experience)
