Our client is a fast-growing property development company based in Waterloo, that defines itself and operates by a set of values. Our client is looking for a confident, reliable and highly motivated individual who can handle the day to day running of a busy, buzzy office. You must be enthusiastic, motivated, have a can-do attitude and be eager to learn and in return they will support you and hope that you will grow with them.

Duties Include:

  • Answering the phones
  • Organising meetings
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Perform clerical and front of house duties
  • Meeting room set up and management
  • Office supply purchasing and inventory
  • Maintain organisation of the office space
  • Monitor and maintain office services e.g. printer and cleaning contractors
  • Incoming and outgoing post management
  • Support the coordination of employee events
  • Coordinate and support for wider teams
  • You will be the first point of contact for all business-related queries and a friendly face to greet all of their stakeholders/visitors.

Person Specification:

  • A cheerful, positive team player who likes to get stuck in
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Highly motivated and self-efficient
  • InDesign knowledge/experience – advantageous
  • Experience in Office 365 & Microsoft suite – necessary
