Are you looking to pursue a career within Property? I have an exciting new opportunity available for a junior Team Assistant/Receptionist within an innovative Property Developer based in the heart of Shoreditch.

Personality is everything; I am looking for someone who has a genuine interest in property and is looking to kick start their career within this ambitious company. This role will require someone who is savvy, pro-active and not afraid to take on a challenge.

Location: Shoreditch
Salary: £20,000 – £25,000

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of reception and meeting rooms.
  • Ensure guests arriving for meetings are well taken care of.
  • Manage and maintain the business diaries of members within the team.
  • Ensure busy diary commitments, papers and travel arrangements are managed effectively, including producing a daily folder with diary, necessary papers and troubleshooting problems.
  • Conduct diary meetings where appropriate to discuss upcoming engagements, invitations and other request
  • Co-ordinate personal and business travel and accommodation requirements and ensure arrangements in place when requested.
  • Ensuring that the team is fully prepared for all engagements.
  • Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence.
  • Prepare correspondence including the drafting of general replies

Experience of reception/team assistant roles would be highly beneficial, however an interest in property is crucial.
