Our client is currently seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator with direct new homes sales experience to work for one of the UK’s leading developers. The site will be based in Reading selling to the high-end property market comprising of elegant and luxurious apartments. The ideal candidate will have extensive luxury sales background ideally within the property sector. This a great opportunity for anyone wanting a fantastic earning potential and working within an outgoing and buzzy team in one Berkshire’s most prestigious areas.

Responsibilities

  • Off-plan sales within a marketing suite
  • Conducting and booking viewings round the showrooms
  • Taking enquiries and following up with leads within the marketing suite
  • Maintain relationships with customers throughout the process up to exchange
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Working within a team to ensure targets are met

You will need to be:

  • Have 1-2 years’ experience in Luxury sales ideally within the property sector
  • Highly presentable when dealing with face-to-face purchases
  • Have good computer skills inclusive of excel
  • Available every weekend
  • Eager for career progression
  • Strong, energetic personality

The client is offering:

  • £26,000 basic and £45,000 OTE
