PA to Sales and Marketing Director

I am working with an ambitious and forward thinking Property Developer who are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support and work closely alongside their Sales and Marketing Director. This company specialise in developing high-spec later living residential buildings that cater to the new generation of older Londoners. The company is essentially a start-up, running for a year, who are being funded by a multinational investment bank and financial services company.

This company has the ambition of becoming on the UK’s most recognised retirement living operator, providing first-class and highly personalised apartments in prime central London locations. An opportunity not to be missed!

For this role, it is crucial that you have strong Personal Assistant experience, allowing you to think strategically and keep one step ahead at all times. Marketing experience would be favourable, as there is the opportunity to get involved with the marketing side of the business and making decisions regarding the marketing strategy.

I am looking for someone who is incredibly pro-active and motivated to execute this PA role to the highest level.

Location: Chelsea
Salary: £35,000 – £42,000

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing first-class support to the Sales and Marketing Director.
  • Working to a fast pace and having the ability to adapt quickly in a high-pressured environment.
  • Being involved in aspects of the marketing strategy and making key decisions.
  • Preparing meeting agendas, diary management, taking minutes and performing research.
  • Communicate effectively with board members, schedule Board Meetings and setting the agendas.
  • Maintaining a strong working relationship with other relevant departments including sales, development and PR.
  • Organising events and media appearances.
  • General administrative and organisational duties for the Sales and Marketing Director.

Key qualities:

  • Strong degree level education.
  • Executive support role experience, either PA or EA.
  • Impeccable time management skills.
  • Solid working knowledge of all Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Great attention to detail.
