We are currently seeking a New Homes Sales Consultant to work part time for a fantastic agent in the thriving location St Albans, Hertfordshire. St Albans is a unique city surrounded by independent boutiques, a range of restaurants and vibrant culture.
The development is a 5-minute walk away from St Albans station. It is in a fantastic location for commuters. This role requires someone with proven New Homes experience and would be ideal for someone wanting to continue their career on a part time basis.
Our client is looking for an experienced, intuitive New Homes Sales Negotiator to be committed to part time work involving weekends. This is an ongoing role. As a Temporary Sales Negotiator, you are required sell apartments off plan from a marketing suite via a show apartment, a model and floor plan. For this particular role, your duties will also consist of basic administrative duties to support their busy sales team.
