Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst/Associate – Luxury Residential Projects – London

A market-leading PE backed development co-ordinator of luxury residential projects are looking to hire a new Real Estate Investment Analyst.

The company currently hold many landmark properties in prime locations throughout North America and Europe.

Role Responsibilities:

• Valuation of Real Estate assets
• Working closely with senior team members on presentations and financial analysis
• Transaction structuring and financial modelling
• Ability to build bespoke cash-flow and DCF models on Excel
• Performing comprehensive and in-depth company, real estate, and market analysis
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports to banks and investors
• Due diligence collection and review
• Creating pitches, proposals, and marketing materials

Expectations/Qualifications:

• 6-10 years’ experience working in Real Estate Investment, including exposure to residential, preferably prime/super-prime
• MRICS or AssocRICS preferable but not required
• Financially numerate with excellent knowledge of MS Excel
• First class written and numerical presentation skills and confident use of MS PowerPoint
• Total commitment to high standards with a particular focus on attention to detail
• Highly organised with a professional and proactive outlook
