A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for one of our long standing non-for-profit clients, who are looking to for an experienced individual to come on board to manage the delivery of their central London property portfolio’s planned capital works programme.
Your official title would be Programme Delivery Manager, though it’s likely you’ll come from a building surveying or project management background.
Ideally you’ll have at least 5-10 years relevant experience, and a strong track record of delivering capital works programmes across both residential and commercial property, although there will be a bias towards residential, in particular with delivering Decent Homes Standard works and Planned Preventative Maintenance Programmes.
A lovely organisation to work for with a great culture and work life balance in heart of a thriving part of London.
Initially an 18 month FTC, likely to go permanent. Ideally salaried, day rates will be considered also.
