An exciting opportunity has arisen for an aspiring, ambitious and motivated Property Administrator to support both the Lettings Team and Property Management Team. The company are growing and there is room for progression within their team.

Duties of the Property Administrator

  • General office administration and support including creating and maintaining property files
  • Maintaining supplies of office stationary and equipment
  • Reception service for phone calls and office visitors
  • General tenant and client communication
  • Conducting tenant referencing and drafting tenancy documentation
  • Booking check-ins and cleaning for new tenancies
  • Liaison with contractors to allow access for works/furniture
  • Collecting initial tenancy monies and taking payments
  • Creating new tenancies and maintain data on software system
  • Ensuring company is compliant with Right to Rent and other Legislation
  • Maintaining Key management system
  • Sorting and allocating correspondence
  • Informing relevant utility companies of new move ins / move outs
  • Coordinating files transfer from Lettings team to Property Management
  • Supporting Property Management Team with administrative tasks and Property Inspections
