Property Compliance Officer

My client are looking for a Property Compliance Officer to work in their head office in Victoria, London.

The key purpose of the role will be to:

  • Assist to ensure they have robust data compliance, through monitoring data and documents uploaded to their core system
  • Assist to ensure it has robust asset and property information, to effectively manage their homes, improvement programmes and asset data
  • Provide team coordinator support to the lettings team, assisting with preparing letting information, updating applicant details on our system and arranging viewings and placing adverts
  • Provide team coordinator support to the homeowners team
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, support with covering reception at lunch times, supporting meetings with taking action points and assisting prepare documents etc.

The more detailed breakdown is below:

ASSET DATA COMPLIANCE

  • Ensuring backlog of sites at exchange have property and unit data added to the system – inputting sites and checking sites already added
  • Ensure asset data is recorded on the system and regularly check that all docs, which have been agreed, should be stored against unit and property
  • Quality check resident data and check compliance of proofs to check compliance with anti-money laundering etc.
  • Liaising with PMs to ensure their missing data and docs are added
  • Create a sample doc for each required to ensure docs and info meet that standard and flag where doesn’t (to ensure right info stored)
  • Ensuring asset data in format ready for when Asset 4000 data transfer ready

LETTINGS and HOME OWNER

  • Respond to web and email queries about sites and applying for housing
  • Help with signups if high volume
  • Help deal with queries from Shared Owners residents
  • Assist put in place contracts for SO only sites for services e.g. cleaning and estates and assist to monitor contracts and performance

GENERAL ADMIN SUPPORT

  • Assist covering reception and phones when receptionist at lunch/leave etc
  • Meeting admin – arranging, booking rooms, minutes if required
  • Coordinate customer feedback – data and responses and assist prepare reports on findings

My client are hoping to get someone with huge potential and that within at least 12 months they would be moving into a meatier role within the organisation.
