I am looking for a motivated and organised team player who is looking to get into an established and successful Housing Association based near Blackfriars station. It is important that you have a pro-active approach to work, and are in search of a role where you can truly make a difference. This is a fixed term 12 month maternity contract role.

The role will involve administration to the property management team as well as the finance team. You will be required to provide first-class support and work effectively within a dynamic and fast paced team.

This is a great opportunity for a junior candidate to gain experience within the property industry and the chance to work on an innovative new venture.

Location: Blackfriars
Salary: £22,000 p/a
Hours: 35 hours a week, Mon – Fri

Administration (Property Management):

  • Updating utilities companies regarding new tenancies or any that are ending
  • Issuing rent arrears letters
  • Monitoring social media
  • Organising mail outs, both email and via letter
  • Online filing

Administration (Finance):

  • Processing invoices
  • Setting up new properties on the system
  • Sending out statements
  • Monitoring upcoming renewals
  • Responding to any minor rental/tenant queries
