Our client is a leading Property Investment Consultancy that work closely with some of the UK’s largest developers, to seek opportunities to invest in both London and other up and coming areas in the UK.

They are currently looking for an Investment Broker to be a part of their successful and expanding team. This person will be based in their Fulham office, advising clients on investment opportunities across the whole of the UK. You will have access to a large client base and are sole agency on a numerous developments.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with a strong interest in Property Investment, and want to work in a fast paced role with an outstanding earning potential. You must have a proven track record of sales and extensive knowledge of the UK property market.

Main responsibilities:

  • Sell Investment opportunities across the UK
  • Achieving monthly and annual targets
  • Develop a strong client base and account manage current clients
  • Finding and attending networking events to promote the company
  • Meeting clients to explain the business model and advise on investments
  • Closing deals


  • Ability to work in a highly pressured environment
  • Good knowledge of the Property Market
  • Experience in a Telesales position or Property Sales
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • Motivated and driven to achieve targets
  • Proven track record of providing high levels of customer service
  • Excellent computer literacy, inclusive of Microsoft Excel

£25,000 basic and an OTE of £70,000+
