My client are a residential property company based in Central London. They are looking for a Property manager to start immediately.


  • Sourcing contractors and co-ordinating minor maintenance works, including coordinating quotations
  • Co-ordinating major building works with existing building firm
  • Undertaking property visits and advising the MD of any required work
  • Work in partnership to ensure processes are correctly followed within the team such as: check outs, deposit returns, re-lets, renewals and serving notices
  • Liaising with Tenants to resolve any queries and keep accurate record of all issues
  • Handling the day to day management of approximately 100 properties within the company portfolio
  • Liaising with all parties to resolve any issues
  • Ensuring utility companies are advised of meter readings and tenancy changes and councils similarly
  • Negotiating and co-ordinating renewal contracts
  • Negotiating the return of deposits between landlord and tenant (including co-ordination of any repairs, cleaning as required)
  • Day to day correspondence

Flexible, adaptable nature with the ability to work under pressure, in a calm manner

Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages Good time / diary management

Understanding of Section 20 notices

Understanding of HMO regulations

Updated knowledge of legislation relating to property management

Effective written and verbal communications skills

Knowledge Skills & Experience Required

ARLA or NFoPP qualified ideally or relevant experience working in property management
