Quality Manager (Defects Manager / Site Inspector) for Customer Sertvice team- New Builds – Reading, Berkshire based for large residential developer.
Working very closely with the customer service team, you’ll be responsible for quality checks and quality management, snagging and defect diagnosis – preempting any potential defects during the build stage, pre-occupation of a large Reading based residential development.
If you haven’t worked purely as a Quality Manager before, this role would suit someone with a strong construction, trades, clerk or work or site management background who has a strong eye for detail. It’s still largely site based, but less “site management”, so would suit somebody who perhaps wants to utilise their site and construction management experience who could easily transfer their skills in to that of a quality manager.
Preferably a prompt start.
