Role To process the renewals & negotiate rent rises, processing change of tenants, ensuring Tenants and Landlords receive the best possible care. Role includes preparation of Tenancy Agreements, references and resolution of any issues which arise. Issuing S21’s & tenant notices. Knowledge of the deposit registration and return process is ideal.
Experience Though we are willing to consider applicants with no experience the role would ideally suit someone with one to two years in the industry, with a broad knowledge of Lettings and relevant legislation relating to the necessary associated paperwork they will be required to process. Applicants will be able to demonstrate their ability to multi-task and tackle many files simultaneously whilst maintaining a calm demeanour and have no reluctance to handle difficult situations. If the candidate has any contract drafting experience, this would be a bonus.

(With regards to the Saturday, this usually works out to working one Saturday (9:45am – 4pm) every 4-5 weeks, as there is one member of staff working on the Saturday and the rota is between 5 members of staff. Should they work the Saturday, they get the following Friday off in lieu.)
