My client is looking for a Renewals & Vacates Administrator to be a part of their fun and customer service focused agency in West London. This role is to be based in their Head Office. They are ideally looking for an administrator with experience from the property sector to join the team so they can hit the ground running.

The responsibilities of the Renewals & Vacates Administrator will include:

  • Contacting Landlords in order to discuss and agree their instructions regarding renewal of the Tenancy
  • Negotiate agreed terms with the Tenant. You will need to be confident when discussing rent reviews and additional services
  • Draw up new extension agreements, including all relevant clauses and arrange for them to be signed by Landlords and Tenants
  • Liaising with the Accounts Team for Invoicing and collection of fees from both Landlord and Tenants
  • Re-registering deposit funds with Deposit Scheme
  • Updating of renewal terms on internal database
  • Preparing Deeds of Surrender on renewal tenancies where there is a change of Tenant
  • Serving of Section 21 Notices on behalf of Landlord’s
  • Processing and checking Notice’s from Tenants, informing Landlords and Lettings Teams of Tenancy end dates
  • Organising and running the end of tenancy procedures including booking Checkout Inspections and sending the reports
  • Sending the agreed deposit releases to be processed
  • Preparing the weekly and monthly stats spreadsheets

Preferred skills for the Administrator:

  • Previous Estate Agency experience
  • Good customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word packages

The hours are Monday to Friday 9AM-6PM and the salary is up to £25,000 dependant on experience.
