One of London’s largest Housing Associations are seeking a Junior Resident Liaison Officer to join the Planned Investment Team to work alongside the clients Contractor Partner. As the Resident Liaison Officer you will be responsible for liaising with customers in their homes about all aspects of the works, including customer choices and discussing specific requirements to assist the delivery.
You will also be the first point of contact throughout the journey of the delivery of the work; ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained at all times. Also responsible for ensuring that the Contractor Partner is working to the clients Service Standards, respecting all customers’ homes and meeting all requirements.
Working alongside the Contractor Partner to facilitate access, maintain, and monitor all customer appointments, keeping accurate records of any contact with all customers. You will also be the main person representing the interest of the customers at contractor progress meetings and as well as resident meetings. Most importantly, customer satisfaction is key to the success of a project, so you will be expected to carry out customer satisfaction surveys, compile, and evaluate the responses for KPI monitoring.
Experience is not necessarily needed for this role, but the right attitude and the commitment is. All training and support will be provided.
