I am currently working on a fantastic opportunity for the position of a Resident Manager within the Build to Rent space. The resident manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the building, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the process. This may involve managing the resolution of defects, managing the customer facing operational team members and embracing opportunities to stand out from the competition. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with property management experience, ideally from a hotel, hospitality, student accommodation or residential management background.
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000
Please note that working hours may vary due to resolving problems with customers outside of normal working hours. Shift patterns will typically be 5 out of 7 days.
