Sales Administrator

I am working on an exciting new role for a Sales Administrator within one of the UK’s most successful Housing Builders. As Sales Administrator you will be reporting in to the Associate Sales & Marketing director, and providing essential support to the whole Sales Department. This role will require someone with prior administrative experience, and within a property company would be highly beneficial.

You will need to show initiative and motivation in order to succeed in this fast paced and ambitious team. You will be given a range of responsibilities that will ensure that the Sales Department runs efficiently meaning you will be an essential part of the team.

Location: Acton
Salary: £20,000 – £22,500 p/a

The key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Sales Department to ensure the smooth running of procedures and the day-to-day running of the office.
  • Administration of daily sales activity and issuing weekly reports.
  • Coding invoices
  • Ordering stationary, business cards and company Letterhead
  • Updating Price Lists, Price and Incentive Schedules.
  • Using Pursuit software to update reservations (training will be provided for the Pursuit software).
  • Responsible for issuing Monthly Red Book reports.
  • Creating Reservation Letters, Memos and Cancellation Letters.

Key qualities and skills:

  • Proficient at Microsoft Office (Word and Excel in particular).
  • The ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines.
  • Using initiative whilst working and the motivation to complete tasks to the highest standard.
  • Being able to prioritise workload.
  • Strong organisational skills and strong attention to detail.

This role would be ideal for someone who has a year of administrative experience, and more specifically within a property company would be highly advantageous.
