Sales Broker – Central London


  • Salary: £25000 - £27000 per annum + OTE - £80,000

A leading international consultancy is looking for a Sales Broker to sell across their Central East London schemes. This role is perfect for someone looking to cross sell from a Central London office and work Monday to Friday. The earning potential within this role along with the status of the client means this role is suitable for someone with a good knowledge of London Sales and extremely capable of both selling over the phone and face to face. Previous Experience on-site as a Sales Negotiator would appeal but agency backgrounds will also be considered.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To sell off plan properties over the phone and by conducting viewings.
  • To call through a list of buyers both from a database and through sourcing.
  • To hit and exceed targets set for you.
  • To maintain a professional attitude at all times.
  • To present themselves to a high standard.
  • Taking enquiries and following up potential leads
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clientele throughout the process up to exchange
  • Working within a team to ensure targets are met and exceeded.

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Extensive knowledge of the New Homes industry.
  • Excellent IT Literacy.
  • 3 years minimum Property sales, ideally New homes experience too.
  • Ability to work in a team and maintain a good attitude at all times.
