We are currently looking for a Shared Ownership Sales Consultant for one of the UK’s largest housing associations, to be based on an exciting, up and coming scheme in East London.

Due to their recent expansion and now being one of the largest residential developers in London, with an ever expanding pipeline of developments and outstanding quality of affordable housing, they are looking for someone to join their team. This opportunity will enable you to work with first time buyers and families and expand on your shared ownership knowledge in a fast paced, rewarding environment.

The right candidate will not only have strong New Homes sales experience inclusive of shared ownership, knowledge of the local area and the drive to hit the ground running. You will be based on-site and will be responsible of the day-to-day running of the development and providing excellent customer service at all times. Due to the nature of the scheme and their pricing, there is a huge earning potential.

Your duties will include:

  • On-site Shared Ownership sales within a marketing suite
  • Conducting and booking viewings
  • Taking enquiries and following up with leads within the marketing suite
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Maintain relationships with customers throughout the process to exchange
  • Working within a team to ensure targets are met

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven track record of property sales, preferably within new homes
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of Shared Ownership
  • Excellent Negotiation and Influencing skills
  • Highly presentable when dealing with face-to-face purchases
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Presentation and Networking Skills

£24,000 – £28,000 basic OTE £40,000 – £45,000
