Sales Consultant – New Homes

Overview

  • Salary: £20000 - £28000 per annum

If you are relatively new to the property industry here is a rare chance to be part of a scheme that will be in excess of 1,000 units on a brand-new Crossrail site in a prime North London location, working for a multinational conglomerate with the real prospect of career progression and high volumes of sales.

The client is an industry Titan with 35+ years’ experience in the industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responding to any enquiries and generating new leads.
  • Performing viewings and keeping to a schedule.
  • Filling out reservation forms along with taking payments.
  • Collecting relevant documents for money laundering checks.
  • Working with your team and dealing with any customer queries appropriately.
  • Keeping to or exceeding sales targets.

Ideal Candidates will have:

  • New Homes sales experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An understanding of residential conveyancing and legal requirements.
  • Superb ability to qualify prospective buyers and closing sales.
  • Excellent personal presentation.
  • Competitive salary offered.
