One of my clients is looking for experienced New Homes Sales Negotiators in Milton Keynes, Bedford, Northampton and the surrounding areas.

I am looking for individuals with exceptional customer service skills as well as some property sales/property experience that fancy working for one of the UK’s most renowned house builders. With high earning potential, this is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious and experienced New Homes Sales Consultant.

Please note we will ONLY consider you if you have the relevant property sales experience.

The role:

  • Selling off plan luxury new homes within a sales & marketing suite
  • Manage and negotiate the sales process through to completion
  • Maintain the marketing suite presentation to the highest standard
  • When required, conduct market research in order to maintain current new homes industry knowledge

Further requirements:

  • Be articulate, well-spoken and personable
  • Switched on, sales savvy and driven
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
  • Team effort is intrinsic to the success of the scheme
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Represent the company brand to the highest of standards

Salary:

  • Up to £27,000 (dependent on experience)
  • £45,000+ OTE (dependent on experience)
