We are currently looking for a New Homes Sales Advisor for a leading Housing Association to sell across all of their South East schemes.
The role will be based in the head office in London however; you do need the flexibility to be able to go out to their various schemes across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Kent and Sussex. The suitable candidate must have at least two years’ new homes experience who is tenacious, disciplined and understands the new homes market. You must also have strong computer skills inclusive of excel. Experience with Shared ownership is a bonus but not essential.
