One of London’s leading developers are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be based in their head office in Chelsea. This is brilliant role for someone with a wealth of customer service or admin experience and a passion for developing and maintaining relationships.

You will be focusing on a very high end scheme that consists of over 300 units and our client is keen to get someone on board as soon as possible to start co-coordinating and handling all enquires, as well as delivering excellent customer service to purchasers through their warranty and defect period. This will involve liaising with customers and dealing with any defects post move-in, where you will be expected to keep a strong relationship with the client and process any issues with the build structurally and aesthetically. This position is vital to the development to continuously improve the customer’s experience of home ownership.

The ideal candidate will have excellent administration and computer skills, as well as the confidence to deal with high net worth individuals on the telephone. This is an ideal role for someone from an admin/customer service background, who also has experience within the property development industry.

The role:

  • Responsible for handling incoming customer enquiries by email and telephone
  • Take responsibility for resolving customers’ issues promptly
  • Maintain customer records in accordance with department protocols
  • Maintain close communication internally with customer relations, Estate Management and Technical to ensure consistency
  • Take responsibility for personal development ensuring knowledge is exceptional
  • Contribute new ideas and innovation in Customer Service
  • £25,000 – £29,000 basic
  • Monday – Friday

Role requirements:

  • Strong customer relations experience with ability to develop and maintain relationships with purchasers
  • Excellent Admin skills
  • Computer literate, inclusive of excel
  • Good organisation skills
  • A great communicator, face to face, telephone and email
  • Knowledge of the purchasing process of buying off-plan
  • Experience of defect resolution or Property Management
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Be extremely self-motivated and determined
  • Calm and well presented
