We are currently working with a fantastic Property Developer, to help them find a superstar Sales Progressor or Progression Manager for their West London division.

Your main responsibility for this position is to take reservations through to legal completion for the West London division, ensuring that it complies with the conditions of sale and time scales. You will be managing many relationships closely, including legal, development surveying, construction, sales consultants, customer care and external companies (such as solicitors and brokers).

This is an exciting position for an experienced Sales Progressor to work for a fun, hard-working and professional Developer. Especially ideal for someone who lives in West London and not looking to make the commute into Central London.

£30,000 – £40,000 (depending on level of experience)

Role responsibilities:

  • Building rapport with the purchaser and external suppliers
  • Following the company’s progression procedures
  • Responsible for all reservations, after being cleared for price and incentive by Sales Management
  • Responsible for monitoring the progress of each sale
  • Update/progress meetings with management
  • Cancellation and extension memos
  • Maintaining an audit trail
