A luxury high-end developer is looking to recruit a Senior Customer Service Manager to be part of their aftercare and customer service team. The key function is to manage the pre- legal completions process from the initial first point of contact for all purchaser’s right through to the defect and warranty period. The ideal candidate must have extensive technical knowledge of the build process and experience in Customer Service for a residential developer.
