A leading UK residential developer is looking for an experienced Land Manager to join their successful and growing team. Based in their Essex office, this Senior Land Manager will be an integral part of increasing the land bank for this house builder to progress with their future developments. While the role will be based in the office, they are happy for someone to have a contact base across the region – with projects across the East Anglia region, with a successful network of other divisions across the UK.
You will be part of a lean but successful team, reporting into the Development Director, with colleagues in Planning, Design and Construction supporting you in your role.
