Our client is an award winning, luxury residential developer who builds exceptional schemes across the whole of London and within the M25.

Not only are they thriving in the New Homes market, they have some outstanding developments in the Home Counties and this is an amazing opportunity to be based on one in the heart of Surrey. The role will be based on-site within a marketing suite, on a recently launched scheme, that is highly desirable and unique for the area.

The ideal candidate will have New Homes Sales experience and a proven track record of excellent customer service. Due to the success of the company and the high spec scheme, there is amazing potential for personal growth within the company and is a great opportunity for you to take lead on the development.

The role:

  • Off plan sales
  • Assisting customers around the marketing suite
  • Working closely within a team to ensure all targets are exceeded
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Researching the market to provide clients with up to date knowledge and information on the development and surrounding area
  • Offering ideas for the marketing of the development

The ideal candidate will:

  • At Least 2 years New Homes sales experience
  • Proven track record of sales
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • Proven track record of providing high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Excellent computer literacy, inclusive of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

£26,000 – £30,000 Basic with an OTE of £50,000 – £55,000
