Shared Ownership Consultant – East London

Our client is actively looking for an experienced Shared Ownership Sales consultant to come on board and help sell their portfolio of shared ownership properties across London. This company is growing quite a bit and it is an exciting time to join. You will be encouraged to implement sales and marketing programmes, progress sales and carry out a number of other tasks.

The Role:

  • To reply to all enquiries in a timely and professional manner and covert leads to sales
  • Register new applicants regularly
  • Qualify and prioritise applicants in accordance with relevant shared ownership guidelines
  • Carry out call-outs
  • Arrange regular viewings across London and the South East
  • Carry out home demonstrations and key handovers on completion
  • Liaise with Marketing agencies and Currell in-house marketing team to ensure all properties are promoted correctly
  • Manning of on-site show homes/marketing suites as necessary
  • Assist with launch events including show home/marketing suite inspection and set up for viewings/ launch events
  • Update all parties with agreed deadlines and completion dates.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 2 years min London property experience
  • You must be highly motivated driven and used to working to targets
  • Track record of reaching and exceeding targets and sales figures
  • Track record of reaching and exceeding targets and sales figures
  • You will have good business awareness of competition
  • Good telephone manner and used to making a lot of calls
  • The ability to work well as a team.
  • Have a strong interest in the New Homes industry.

Salary £25,000-£28,000 with an OTE of £50,000+
