Site Sales Manager – New Homes


  • Salary: £35000 - £40000 per annum + OTE - £80,000 +
  • Location: London
  • Contract type: Permanent

I am looking for a New Homes Sales Manager to work for a leading consultancy partnering with one of the most innovative international developers on the UK housing scene. The site is based in an up and coming area of West London offering the opportunity for high sales volumes and incredible career progression opportunities within development or agency. Any candidates must have experience working on Site and possess good knowledge of the West London area.

The Role:

  • Provide a good service to clients.
  • Grow the business across your site.
  • To take ownership of developments
  • To provide consultancy advice, pricing exercises sales reports and strategy reports.
  • To engage in regular meetings to gain knowledge of the market
  • To provide weekly feedback to the developer regarding viewings, interest and on-going sales
  • To hold events for clients when required
  • To achieve and exceed all targets.

This role requires an experienced sales manager who has previous experience in the New Homes sector who has experience managing a team alongside managing client accounts. This is very much a role for someone to take ownership of. There are very good progression opportunities available within this role.

  • Good experience in client management.
  • Experience within the new homes market in management.
  • Good Business knowledge and Knowledge of market.
  • IT/email literate.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Creative in producing reports and written communication.
  • Ability to undertake pricing exercises.
  • Driven, enthusiastic and eloquent communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and help support them.
